It's Party Time!

Sunday May 14th - Lets Have a Garden Party! Hopefully the weather will be fine, the flowers in bloom and a jolly time will be had by all. Unfortunately Her Majesty can't make it but 014 has promised to wear her best frock! 014's is the venue with plenty of space both outside and in (in case the sun gets to hot!). Ring 014 for directions or look in the printed newsletter. Please park at Morrisons or in the food factory. An informal afternoon from 4pm onwards. Please bring food to share for around 6pm. Seedlings and young plants will be being swapped and there will be a notice board for current wants and offers. Come and meet other members and relax. Tool shapening will be on offer, especially those for the garden, workshop or kitchen, inc. knives and scissors. Contact 014 for more info.

Saturday July 1st - Lets Have a 50th Party! Happy Birthday to 020. Yes it's the big 5-0 for her and she's offering a general invite to a celebratory social at 020. Please bring food and drink contributions; BBQ and general good time. Give her a ring for more details.

Sunday July 9th - Lets Have Another Party! Just in case you can't make either of the above, or you're just a party animal and fancy another round of socialising, 224 are organising a summer social at Natland. With plenty of room and (I think) the possibility of some work for Kents available, you can come and be sociable or practical or both! Unfortunately, as the presses rolled for this newsletter they were away for a while so for the exact details please give them a ring in a couple of weeks.

Post directly, or in Turning Point or the Library, or fax or email. If you really have to, you can ring me but then I have to write a note and they sometimes go astray!

All members are entitled to 1 free advert each year (1/16) -have you used yours? Inserts cost 15K plus copying costs, subject to approval. Web site adverts cost 10K plus type-setting costs - contact 058 for details.
